THE STEEL PAVILION

What makes an Architect? Who can you call an Architect?

Using Joseph Paxton to answer these questions, The Great Victorian Way was a proposed project for central London in 1855, but it was never built. Therefore, there is no physical location for it today.

Despite its bold vision, financial constraints, engineering challenges, and lack of political support led to the project being shelved. Hence why The STEEL PAVILION was created to memoralise Joseph Paxton's contribution to architecture.
